The hard material or metal should be removed first in feed mixing machine operation. We can install the tubular magnet or de-ironing separator to avoid the influence to the service life of pinch roller, mould and the center shaft.
 

Due to the high temperature(50-85℃) of the material in extrusion process, and the strong passive force which the pinch roller needs to bear in working, we need to clean the bearing once per 2-5 working days and add high temperature resistance lubrication grease. For the principal axis, we can clean and lubricate once a month. We should clean and maintain the gear case each half year, and the screw in the transmission part should be fastened and replaced in time.
