Main structure and working principle
A. Main structure
Pneumatic dipper is mainly composed of dipper, door plate, door plate shaft, swing rod, cylinder, electromagnetic reversing valve and travel switch (or magnetic switch).
B. Working principle
Pneumatic circuit
Two five-way solenoid directional valve is used to control the front and back movement of the cylinder, to achieve the swing of the dial valve, by adjusting the throttle valve (or muffler throttle valve) to adjust the speed of the dial plate movement.
